His Must Haves

His "must haves" to stay in the condo, in no priority order:

1. A third bedroom -- details
2. A yard -- details
3. Anything else?

Like the show Love It Or List It, no solution will meet every "must have", so compromises must be made. Thus, each "must have" is to be explained so the other party can propose alternative solutions, if possible.
