Her Must Haves

My "must haves" to move to a larger home, in no priority order:
  1. Open kitchen & family room combo -- details
  2. High or vaulted ceilings & lots of natural light -- details
  3. Updated everything & no carpets -- details
  4. Very convenient location -- details
  5. Very low maintenance -- details
  6. Size appropriate for our family and lifestyle -- details
  7. Indoor/outdoor living -- details
  8. Doesn't hold us back from seeing the world -- details
Our condo already meets all of the above except #1, #3, and #7, much of which can be solved if we renovate.

    I’ll only address 1 and 3, and 7 since everything else is covered by our existing condo. They'll be in The Debate section.
